Storefront2 Since the day we opened in 1976, Fat Phege's Fudge Factory has been renowned for its delectable hand-rolled fudge as well as its sinfully sweet-smelling atmosphere. Our secret recipe and special hand-rolling technique result in a mouth-watering fudge that is unforgettable. It's this recipe, as well as others like our Opera Roll and our french nougat that keeps people coming back decade after decade.

At Fat Phege's, we are dedicated to producing products that are not only delicious, but are healthy and good to eat. Our fudge has no artificial ingredients, stabilizers, or emulsifiers. Instead of using the palm oil, coconut oil and evaporated milk that are common in "ready-made" confections, we only use fresh, natural ingredients, including whipping cream and whole milk, making our fudge smooth and creamy.
Our dedication to using only the finest ingredients, paired with our adherence to the old-fashioned cooking and hand-rolling methods, results in a fudge that is truly unique.

Our fudge mixture is cooked in an extra-large copper pot, then spread on one of our custom-made three-by-five-foot Italian marble tables to cool. Once the mixture is cooled, we add the flavouring, and paddle the mixture by hand to set it.
process3 This hand-paddling technique is essential to setting the fudge, and to ensuring that it adheres to the high standards that fudge-lovers from all over the world have come to expect from Fat Phege's Fudge Factory. Because we don't pour our fudge into a pan or a mold to let it set, it doesn't have the gritty texture that pan-set fudge often has. Instead, our fudge is smooth, rich and creamy, and delicious every time!
